Artist and programmer Brian Foo merges science, music, IT and design in really nifty projects. My favourite so far: ECLIPTICALIS - turning the night sky into interactive music. It's based on real star coordinates and inspired by John Cage's Atlas Eclipticalis (1961), who was basically doing the same thing using pen and paper.
Try it, it's fun!
If you get bored, check out the original. The sixties really were some next level sh*t. Kudos to Cage for the idea, but I have to say I like the cover better. Breathe and repeat after me: it's ok to sound pretty.
